If your site has a Blog, you will be adding to it and editing it using the Posts menu. Posts are the entries that display in reverse chronological order on your Blog page. In contrast to pages, posts can have comments fields beneath them and are included in your site’s RSS feed.
Posts are always associated with a date, which is included in the URL.
If your site does not yet have a blog, it’s easy to add one.
